The Canadian Skills, Training, and Employment Coalition (CSTEC) operates a project call Future of Canada’s Automotive Labourforce (FOCAL). FOCAL has just released a study that looks at the economic and labour market impact of transitioning from internal combustion engine vehicles to EVs.
I chat with Ken about the findings of this study and the impacts and predictions for the Canadian Automotive Landscape! This should parallel what is going on in many other countries too! A great listen!
